A Song that has lifted me higher...

The past month has been a spiritual growth spurt of biblical proportions in me, and I praise God for it. Aside from that, it's been a time of tremendous blessing and realization of a fundamental truth that I had thought I understood, but evidently the Lord thought otherwise. I got the best birthday gift early this year in more ways than one.

I've been blessed by the God-centered relationship I've been given, and in that been blessed beyond measure by a new worship CD as a token of love. one of the best songs (and a personal favorite) is the one here, sung by the artist that the Lord used to bring me out of secular music and into the Christian music circle; Jeremy Camp. I praise god for all these mighty blessings in my life, and I hold onto the joy of the lord that is my strength, as I said in an earlier post,

"I'm not worthy of all of this from the Lord, yet he continues to use me & bless me in these ways, and I know & trust that he has a plan for all of this that has not been revealed to me yet, but I trust in his perfect will for my life. I do not write these things to boast upon my life or situation, but I boast upon Christ who has done all these things in me for his glory, and not anyone else's."

Praise God...

"I Surrender to You"
Jeremy Camp

Lord, you live in me
You're my best friend
You're the King of kings
The beginning and end
Now that you have my eyes
I see your spirit inside of me

All that I am is for you
My Savior
I live by your word
And surrender to you
Here where I stand in this moment father
My spirit has been renewed
I surrender to you

You hold the key to my life
In your loving hand
Always by my side
I offer all that I am
So glad I realize
You are the truth and the light
In my life

Everything I need I find in you
I believe your promises are true
I will lift my burdens up to you
Your loving grace will see me through

I surrender to you

Thanks Marcia,

I have to praise him. Each day passes and more blessing is lavished upon me. I know that of mslf I am 100% unworthy of all this, but the Lord thinks otherwise, and I lift him high for all he has done so far and is doing.

Prasie the Mighty God we serve, and the Son whom set us free, and the spirit who guides us in the right direction each day.

For His Glory
